Zhuji Power Plans to Raise Up to $300 Million in Hong Kong IPO
Zhuji Power has submitted its IPO application in Hong Kong, aiming to raise approximately $300 million, and is collaborating with CITIC Securities to advance the listing. Founded in 2022, the company specializes in humanoid robots for home use, manufacturing, research, and commercial scenarios, with investors including Alibaba Group, JD.com, and IDG Capital. In July of this year, Zhuji Power completed a $200 million Pre-IPO financing, with a valuation of around 15 billion RMB. The specific issuance scale and timing are still under discussion.
