Bitcoin Japan Secures Approximately 9.7 Billion Yen in Funding, Allocates 662 Million Yen for BTC Purchase

Bitcoin Japan announced that it has raised approximately 96.57 billion yen by issuing unsecured convertible bonds with stock acquisition rights to the Cayman Islands investment fund EVO FUND. This marks the company's first allocation of funds to Bitcoin since its name change, amounting to 662 million yen, which represents about 7% of the total financing. The remaining funds will be used for undisclosed equity investments (37.56 billion yen), investments in South African rare earth mines (35.03 billion yen), and RaaS business investments (14.46 billion yen).
