All Ways to Access Your ANSES Payment Receipt
ANSES offers various alternatives for retirees, pensioners, and beneficiaries of social benefits to quickly and securely consult their payment receipts. Through digital channels, it is possible to view the details of each payment, download the receipt, and even access receipts from previous months.
Consultation can be done from any device with internet access via the Mi ANSES platform or the official app. This way, holders avoid travel and have the documentation available at any time.
In addition to the receipt, the system allows users to review the components that make up the monthly payment, such as benefits, bonuses, deductions, and other additional items, which may vary according to each benefit.
One of the main advantages of online consultation is the ability to access the receipt at any time. From the Mi ANSES app, the user must go to the Retirement option and then Consult payment receipts, where they will find the latest receipt and a search tool to view previous periods.
Those who prefer to consult from a computer can also do so by entering Mi ANSES, in the Retirements and Pensions section and then Consult payment receipts. From there, it is possible to download the document, send it by email, or print it if a physical copy is needed.
To consult payment receipts, it is essential to have an active Social Security Key. This credential allows secure access to Mi ANSES and to carry out various procedures and inquiries related to the agency's benefits.
Those who do not yet have a key can manage it from the official ANSES site by following the identity validation procedure. Once enabled, they will be able to access not only the payment receipts but also their work history, payment dates, and other services available on the platform.
In most cases, it is not necessary to present a printed receipt, as the digital document downloaded from Mi ANSES contains the same information as the physical version and can be used for various procedures.
However, some agencies or entities may request a paper copy. For this reason, ANSES allows downloading the receipt in digital format to print it when the procedure requires it.
If the beneficiary detects errors in the payment, discrepancies in the amount received, or needs to make an inquiry, they can contact ANSES through the official support channels. These include Mi ANSES, Virtual Assistance, the agency's phone line, and in-person offices with prior appointments.
It is also recommended to review the details of the receipt to identify items such as the Basic Universal Benefit (PBU), the Compensatory Benefit (PC), the Additional Benefit for Permanence (PAP), extraordinary bonuses, health insurance deductions, loan installments, or withholdings that may impact the monthly payment.
Regularly consulting the payment receipt allows for checking that the payment is correct and knowing in detail each of the items included in the payment. In this way, beneficiaries can detect any discrepancies in time and use the official ANSES channels to make inquiries or claims when necessary.
