A full-cycle poultry complex is up for sale in the Mykolaiv region for $3.5 million. The complex includes poultry houses, a slaughterhouse, and a feed production facility with a capacity of 1.2 million heads per year. The production area covers 15.6 hectares, featuring 10 poultry houses with a total area of about 16,400 square meters, a slaughterhouse, warehouses, and a quality control laboratory. The current capacity is 800,000 to 900,000 heads per year, producing 2,000 to 2,100 tons of meat. The slaughterhouse, which was commissioned in 2021, has a capacity of up to 2,000 heads per hour but has suspended operations since 2023. To resume operations, modernization of the cooling system is required. The complex also includes a feed mill with a capacity of up to 5 tons per hour and its own energy infrastructure.
