The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has listed BiFinance as a suspicious virtual asset trading platform. The company claims to be licensed in Hong Kong and offers digital asset trading services such as spot trading, futures, and wealth management, but has not obtained a license from the SFC, indicating potential unlicensed activities. Additionally, the SFC has also listed the licensed virtual asset trading platform DFX Labs Company Limited and its website dfxlabs.org, as well as fraudulent websites such as fgzc.tips, dwzc.tips, and tarikron.shop.
