More than half of working Ukrainians experience constant moderate stress, and 40% of employees are considering quitting due to emotional burnout. The study by Gradus surveyed 1,200 respondents aged 18 to 60. 70% of those surveyed work full-time, while 30% have flexible schedules. 54% of Ukrainians consider moderate stress to be normal, with 26% rating their stress as high. The issue of excessive workload has increased: 47% of workers cite it as the main source of stress. 58% of respondents do not have access to psychological support at work, and 55% note the lack of discussion about mental health in companies. Gradus has implemented a Mental Health Day practice for employees. Competitive salaries remain a key factor in choosing an employer, but the importance of flexible work formats and mental health support is growing.
