Updated Starlink Verification Rules in 'Diia'
In 'Diia', the verification rules for Starlink terminals for citizens, individual entrepreneurs, and businesses have been updated. It is now necessary to provide the KIT number and UTID or one of these numbers. New features have also been added: the ability to remove terminals from the registry and obtain information about registered devices. The service is available on the 'Diia' portal for legal entities and separate subdivisions registered in the Unified State Register for more than a year. To register a business terminal, the KIT number and UTID must be provided, and if available, the Dish ID and Starlink account number. Citizens and individual entrepreneurs can undergo verification at the CNAPs, as well as at the branches of 'Ukrposhta' and 'Nova Poshta', by providing terminal data. New capabilities include: legal entities can remove Starlink terminals from the registry through the 'Diia' portal; citizens and individual entrepreneurs can use this service through CNAP; businesses can obtain an extract of all registered Starlink terminals. After data verification, the terminal will be placed on the 'whitelist' and will operate without restrictions. Ukraine is implementing a Starlink verification system (whitelist) to block the use of terminals by the enemy. Individuals and businesses must provide data about their devices; otherwise, unverified terminals will be disconnected.
