The ePermit System Transferred to Permanent Basis
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has transitioned the "ePermit" system from an experimental project to a permanent basis, establishing a legal framework for further development. The system will operate as a unified state digital platform for providing permitting business services, ensuring a complete cycle from application submission through the "Diia" portal to the formation of electronic documents. During the experiment, over 22,000 declarations were submitted and more than 3,000 license applications were processed. The system has already implemented electronic services in the fields of labor protection, veterinary practice, narcotics circulation, and tour operator activities. The resolution allows for the connection of new procedures without the need to create separate systems, integrating data with state registries to automate checks and reduce administrative burdens. The digitization of the service for registering declarations of compliance with labor protection requirements has saved businesses over 25 million UAH. The resolution will ensure the continuous operation of the system and further digitization of permitting procedures.
