Former Hack VC Partner Rejects Settlement and Will Publicly Present Evidence

Former Hack VC partner Hsin-Ju has rejected Hack VC's settlement proposal and will publicly present relevant evidence from her time at Hack VC on August 26. Hsin-Ju alleges that she was required to continue working during a medical emergency and was threatened with being blacklisted in the industry if she resigned early. She also claims that there were issues with health insurance handling after her departure and that pressure continued during the legal negotiations. Hsin-Ju has fired her lawyer and stated that she would rather not receive a settlement than keep this matter private. Hack VC expressed concern, stating that there are significant differences in understanding the situation compared to Hsin-Ju's account, but they do not wish to discuss details publicly out of respect for privacy.
