AIxC Holdings Shifts Focus from Crypto Strategy to Robotics
AIxC Holdings plans to exit its digital asset reserve strategy and redirect resources towards developing commercial services in the robotics sector. The company, traded on Nasdaq under the ticker AIXC, is restructuring its business around robotics and AI services. AIxC will be closing positions in digital assets and reallocating freed-up resources for the rental and implementation of robots for clients. A key milestone was the completion of the first paid order on RoboShare, an online marketplace for robot rentals, which was fulfilled on August 15 in Malibu with the participation of six robots. Los Angeles has been chosen as the first launch point, and AIxC plans to expand RoboShare to markets in ten cities. The RoboShare model allows clients to access robots without significant upfront costs, lowering the barrier for companies and event organizers. AIxC will focus on validating demand in Los Angeles, expanding its range of robots, and refining its operational model before entering other cities. The growing base of customer transactions is expected to provide investors with a clear picture of the commercialization of robotics.
