Voting Open for Solana Validator Governance Proposals SGP-0001 to SGP-0003

Voting has commenced for Solana validator governance proposals SGP-0001, SGP-0002, and SGP-0003, which will continue until the end of epoch 1023. SGP-0001 proposes the adoption of the "Solana Constitution" to activate on-chain governance mechanisms; SGP-0002 proposes increasing the inflation rate from the current 15% to 30%; and SGP-0003 proposes restructuring the base transaction fees, dividing them into a fixed base fee paid to block producers and an independent resource fee calculated based on transaction costs that will be 100% burned.
