VAST Completes Approximately 3 Billion RMB Series B and B+ Financing Led by Matrix Partners
AI 3D company VAST (Sanqi Wanshu) announced the completion of its Series B and B+ financing, totaling approximately 3 billion RMB, led by Matrix Partners. Other participants include Perfect World, BlueFocus, Xindong Energy Investment, Yanqu Games, Zhongke Chuangda, 37 Interactive Entertainment, as well as joint investors such as Dinghui VGC, CICC Capital, and CMC Capital. Existing shareholders including Dacheng Caizhi, Chunhua Capital, and Wengce Capital continued to invest. VAST has raised a total of approximately 5 billion RMB in less than six months. VAST also released the latest version of its flagship 3D base model, the Tripo P2.0. The funds from this round of financing will be used for the iteration of 3D native models and data capabilities, expansion of training and inference infrastructure, and product development and commercialization.
