Rodolfo Arruabarrena Defines Boca's Lineup to Face O'Higgins in Copa Sudamericana
Boca Juniors will travel to Chile to secure their qualification for the round of 16 in the Copa Sudamericana after a 1-0 victory in the first leg. Coach Rodolfo Arruabarrena is about to finalize the starting lineup. After resting captain Leandro Paredes and other players in the match against Deportivo Riestra, Boca suffered a 3-0 defeat in their Clausura debut. In Chile, it is expected that three of the four defenders who played in the first leg will return: Figal, Costa, and Lautaro Blanco. Leandro Lozano, who has improved, could replace Dylan Gorosito at right back. In midfield, Paredes and Santiago Ascacibar would return, accompanied by Milton Delgado and Tomás Aranda, while Leonel Flores would drop out of the eleven. Forwards Sebastián Villa and Miguel Merentiel, who were starters in the first leg, are also confirmed. Boca's possible lineup is: Álvaro Montero; Leandro Lozano, Nicolás Figal, Ayrton Costa, Lautaro Blanco; Santiago Ascacibar, Milton Delgado, Leandro Paredes, Tomás Aranda; Sebastián Villa and Miguel Merentiel.
