Trump Media Reports $360.6 Million Loss in Crypto Assets in First Half, BTC Holdings Drop to 9,477 Coins

Trump Media Technology Group (DJT) reported its quarterly earnings, revealing that as of June 30, the company held 9,477.16 BTC, with a fair value of approximately $557.1 million, down by 65 coins from 9,542.16 at the end of March. Due to the decline in cryptocurrency prices, the company recorded a related loss of about $360.6 million in the first half of the year. The amount of approximately 756.1 million Cronos (CRO) held by the company remained unchanged, but its fair value decreased from $68 million at the end of 2025 to $40.6 million. Some of Trump Media's Bitcoin has been used as collateral, with 4,260.73 BTC pledged for convertible note collateral and another 2,077.34 BTC used for Bitcoin options strategies. Previously, Trump Media, Crypto.com, and Yorkville Acquisition had jointly terminated the proposed business merger to form the Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, citing current market conditions and changes in business and stakeholder priorities.
