Spreadefi Registers 12,000 Accounts, Growth Metrics Vary
Spreadefi has surpassed 12,000 registered accounts on its platform. However, the criteria and timing for measuring growth metrics such as registered accounts, active users, and assets under management differ. According to the company's announcement, there are over 10,000 active users, more than $20 million in assets under management, and monthly payouts exceeding $3 million. Registered users refer to all users who have created an account, while active users are those who have actually used the service, applying separate criteria. The periods for calculating these two metrics and the method for handling duplicate accounts have not been disclosed, making direct comparisons difficult. Spreadefi states that users can participate in the liquidity pool starting from a minimum of $50, and withdrawals are possible without deposit locks. However, there is a lack of evidence regarding the actual revenue generation pathways and the methods of fund custody. Recently, Spreadefi announced that the liquidity pool input for the second quarter exceeded $25 million, but this differs from the assets under management displayed on its website. User responses have been limited, with 13 reviews recorded on Trustpilot and a score of 4.3, but the sample size is too small to assess reliability. The automated security inspection company GridingSoft has classified Spreadefi as a "cryptocurrency scam" warning target and rated its trust score at 10 points. Currently, it is difficult to consistently compare the criteria and timing for each metric based on the publicly available information.
