Robinhood's Chief Financial Officer Verma Shiv sold 3,982 shares of the company on August 17 at an average price of $95.07 per share, totaling approximately $378,600. After the transaction, his direct holdings decreased to 51,963 shares. Robinhood Director Bhatt Baiju sold 50,317 shares of the company on August 14 at an average price of $96.80 per share, totaling approximately $4.87 million. After the transaction, his direct holdings decreased to 3,703 shares. The two executives have collectively sold over $5.25 million in stock in the past three days.
