The share of Petro Poroshenko in the International Investment Bank (IIB) amounting to 64.98% has been transferred to his wife, Marina Poroshenko, in accordance with a court ruling on the division of property. On August 25, ownership of 58,972 shares of IIB was transferred from Petro to Marina. The Vinnytsia Court of Appeal upheld Marina's appeal and overturned the previous ruling of the first instance court. The court recognized Marina's ownership of 8,190 shares of the Public Joint Stock Company "ZNKIF 'Prime Assets Capital'" with a book value of 8.3 billion UAH. The total property received by Marina is valued at 8,553,712,672.30 UAH. On February 12, 2025, President Volodymyr Zelensky imposed indefinite sanctions against Petro Poroshenko, including asset blocking and trade operation restrictions. The National Bank of Ukraine may deprive Poroshenko of influence over IIB, which as of July 1, 2026, ranked 32nd in total assets among 59 banks in Ukraine, with assets of 11.1 billion UAH and a net profit of 6.9 million UAH for the first half of the year.
