HashKey Joins DTCC Digital Asset Advisory Services Working Group

HashKey has joined the Digital Asset Advisory Services Working Group under the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in the United States. The working group currently includes over 100 global financial institutions, such as JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Nasdaq, and the New York Stock Exchange, to explore the issuance, settlement, and custody of tokenized assets at the institutional level. HashKey is the first Asian digital asset service provider to join this working group. DTCC's subsidiary, DTC, is one of the largest central securities depositories in the world, with assets under custody exceeding $114 trillion. The working group aims to bridge traditional finance and decentralized finance, determining how tokenized securities can interface with existing capital market systems. DTCC completed its first batch of tokenized transactions based on DTC custody assets on July 15, 2026, involving scenarios such as collateralized pledges, securities lending, U.S. Treasury repurchase DVP settlements, and stock token transfers, with plans to officially launch standardized tokenization services in October.
