The GitHub Status page indicates that several core services of GitHub are experiencing performance issues, with functionalities such as Pull Requests, Issues, Webhooks, Actions, and API Requests showing an error rate of approximately 20% and a decline in performance. Some requests are unable to be completed normally. GitHub is investigating the cause of the outage and is continuously updating the status page, but has not provided an expected recovery time. The affected range covers multiple critical development and collaboration scenarios on GitHub.com.
