Dark Side of the Moon Completes Share Reform, Prepares for Hong Kong Listing
Dark Side of the Moon has been renamed "Beijing Dark Side of the Moon Technology Co., Ltd.", and its corporate structure has changed from a limited liability company to a non-listed joint-stock company. Yang Zhilin serves as the chairman and manager, while Zhang Yutong and Song Sijia have been newly appointed as directors and financial responsible persons, respectively. This change is referred to as "share reform" and complies with the regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, which requires domestic companies to be joint-stock companies to list overseas. Dark Side of the Moon has sent a shareholder resolution to investors regarding its listing in Hong Kong, with an IPO expected as early as within six months, and it will begin dismantling its red-chip structure. The company has not yet officially announced the listing date.
