Axe Compute (NASDAQ: AGPU) announced that it has secured over $1.3 billion in new customer contracts through its Axe Compute Build project, covering the U.S. and European markets, surpassing its previous target of $1 billion in contracts by 2026. These contracts are structured as five-year commitments with renewal options, and customers are required to make substantial upfront payments. Axe Compute will provide integrated AI infrastructure services to support AI training, inference, and data-intensive applications. The related projects are expected to begin generating revenue by the end of Q4 2026, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) projected to exceed $384 million after receiving the upfront payments in Q3 2026 and completing the deployment. CEO Christopher Miglino stated that as demand for dedicated AI infrastructure grows among enterprises, the company anticipates opportunities to secure approximately $2 billion in new contracts this year.
